Ownership

Once the facility is up and running, most of the net revenues, i.e. net of all operating and debt service expenses, will be paid over to GPC in order to repay its initial investment. Once GPC recovers its investment plus fair profit, we depart. Over time, as GPC is paid out, ownership and all net revenues are transferred to the First Nation. After as little as 10, or up to 20 years, the First Nation operates a facility that it fully owns, from which it receives 100% of the net revenues. The Project continues as a legacy asset for the First Nation for generations to come.
