The First Nation contributes land, water, human resources and cultural guidance. Gemini Power Corp. provides technical, financial, environmental & operational resources. Together we build a power generation facility.

Operate
Together we operate the facility. The project funds educational scholarships for First Nation students.

Transfer
Once GPC recovers its investment plus a fair profit, we depart. Over time, ownership and net revenues are transferred to the First Nation. The project continues as a legacy asset for the First Nation for generations to come.

Gemini Power Corp. (GPC) is an Ontario-based, privately-owned, renewable power generation corporation capitalizing on its financial and operational strengths to develop a portfolio of sustainable power generation and renewable energy resources including: hydro-electric, wind power, biomass energy, and related power assets.
Our strengths are technical, financial, environmental, & operational. GPC seeks strategic alliances with owners of existing energy producing assets as well as partnering in the development of new sites. GPC currently has several ongoing projects.
