If you have a project, GPC may be an ideal investment partner. Some things you should know before contacting us:

GPC Invests In: GPC Does Not Invest In:
  • Renewable energy projects (with or without a First Nation as the lead proponent) including; Hydroelectric, Biomass, Solar, Wind, Geothermal.
  • Projects that have a clear and demonstrable benefit (financial, environmental, social) for all proponents.
  • Projects that enable real wealth creation and build leveragable long-term assets.
  • Projects with a reasonable pay-back period that allow for transfer of ownership (First Nations Partnerships) on short time horizons.
  • Projects that do not employ proven technologies (Experimental Technologies or R&D) with a strong track record of reliability and known economics.
  • Projects in which GPC's participation is not fair and commensurate with the enabling nature of its investment.
  • Projects outside of the renewable energy sector.
  • Projects outside of Canada.

Summarize Your Project

Submit a brief summary of the proposed project. Include available information on: project proponents, project location, planned technology, conceived partnership/equity structure, quantum of the required investment, timeline for investment, partnerships already in place, and status of permits/contracts applied for or acquired.

Tell Us About Your Project

Send your summary to GPC. This can be done via email, phone, fax, or mail. We can usually respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.

Sign An NDA

GPC can prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or we can use one you have prepared. This provides comfort to all parties that project-related issues discussed are confidential.

Submit Your Business Plan for Review

If there is no business plan for the project, GPC can help you develop one. Together we will evaluate the opportunity.If the project is feasible, we will draft a partnership agreement and other relevant legal project documentation.
