August 5, 2008 – RESOP Status Update:
As a result of the popularity of the Renewable Energy Standard OfferProgram (RESOP), the OPA is proactively reviewing the program to ensure continued success. The OPA announced proposed Changes to the Renewable Energy Standard Offer Program (RESOP) on May 13th, 2008, and recently completed a series of technical sessions to gather feedback from stakeholders concerning implementation of the proposed new RESOP rules and revised contract.
